Job Summary
MEMCO is hiring Experienced Commercial Scaffold Builders in Savannah!
- Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm; OT available
- Pay: $18 - $25/hr; BOE
Job Overview:
We are hiring Commercial Scaffold Builders to assemble and dismantle scaffolding for commercial projects. This critical role ensures worker safety and scaffold stability.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding per blueprints and safety guidelines
- Inspect and maintain scaffold components for safety
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with teams to meet project deadlines
- Adapt scaffolding to changing project needs
Qualifications:
- Experience in scaffold assembly (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Knowledge of scaffold safety standards and components
- Ability to read blueprints and work at heights in various conditions
- Reliable transportation own harness and ability to pass a drug test
- Preferred: OSHA 10/30 or Scaffold Builder Certification
A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
