Cabinet Installer Trim Carpenter

• Paid Training and Development: We will provide continuous design training so you are well-prepared to help our customers.
• Compensation: Depends on experience but general range is $25-35/hr with overtime available for 40 hr/week or for overtime.

• Support KTUs core services including cabinet installation refacing redooring cabinet painting and the original Tune-Up. We do not expect all employees to support all services or have initial experience in these but continuous learning is part of our culture.
• Maintain a friendly and collaborative relationship with customers.
• Communicate with the team regarding progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently but without cutting corners.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Some trim carpentry or cabinet installation experience is preferred.
• For more junior candidates please ensure familarity with standard tools of the trade including sanders routers and table saws.
• Ability to work safely while protecting each customers home.
