We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Assistant to help us enter update and manage data in our systems. This role involves handling information accurately maintaining organized records and supporting the team with basic administrative tasks all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases or spreadsheets accurately
Review information for errors and correct any mistakes
Maintain organized digital files and records
Assist with creating simple reports when needed
Communicate with team members via email or chat
Follow company data entry procedures and confidentiality policies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good typing speed
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
