- 8 years in Product Management or related roles (preferably in device lifecycle fintech or platform ecosystems).
- Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complexity and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering operations marketing and finance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and executives across global markets.
- Deep empathy for regional and partner needs with experience delivering global platforms that scale.
- Familiarity with regulatory environmental and privacy dynamics in device lifecycle and trade-in markets.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling product narratives.
- Bachelorʼs degree required. MBA is preferred. Experience and/or degree in Business Development Sustainability Circular Economy and/or Privacy is highly appreciated.
