About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Product Owner with 6 to 9 years of experience to lead our requirements engineering efforts. Youll play a critical role in defining and prioritizing product requirements working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

What You Will Do

1. Requirements Gathering: Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders customers and market research.

2. Prioritization: Prioritize requirements based on business value customer needs and technical feasibility.

3. Product Backlog Management: Manage and maintain the product backlog ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.

4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders including customers sales teams and engineering teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and met.

5. Product Vision: Develop and maintain a clear product vision aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Technical Skills:

- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

2. Experience:

- 6 to 9 years of experience in product ownership or requirements engineering

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering sales and marketing

3. Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands

Bonus Points if You Have

1. Technical Background: Experience in a technical field such as software development or engineering.

2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive or technology industry.

3. Certifications: Certifications in product ownership or requirements engineering such as CSPO or CPRE.

1. Relevant Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in product ownership or requirements engineering.

2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
