Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Buyer (f/m) to join our Structural Standard Parts Procurement department based in Toulouse France.

Your challenges:
Amend & Deploy Commodity Strategy
Enable our Future by sourcing some R&T projects in order to support our new A/C generations development
Impact drastically our Category business by supporting Market management / Supplier control / Extended enterprise
Foster our Sustainability Top Company Objective across our Supply Chain
Your main activities are:
Negotiate new contracts and contract amendments with suppliers or prospects.
Manage suppliers contract including claims contractual review meetings and definition of continuous improvement targets (commercial competitiveness quality and delivery performance...).
Anticipate end of contract and end of price validity by retendering.
Ensure suppliers financial health is checked and actions taken as appropriate.
Ensure accuracy and respect of commercial Terms&Conditions in all Airbus IT systems.
Prepare strategic alignment meetings between major suppliers & Airbus management.
Gather & promote best innovative solutions from suppliers
Manage risk related to suppliers (financial strategy monopoly...) and define appropriate mitigation actions.
Support Airbus After Market development by creating the best synergies with Serial business.
Identify & implement synergies within Airbus Group: harmonised strategy and supplier panel at group level joint procurement initiatives enablement..
Your boarding pass:
Educated to 5-years degree level (or equivalent) in Procurement or Business Administration or a related discipline.
International profile used to work with several nationalities and cultures
Procurement & Purchasing knowledge
Experience in project management
Analytical capabilities
Soft skills: stakeholder management communication presentation and negotiation skills Team spirit Adaptable and Autonomous Assertiveness and critical mindset to challenge statu-quo
Proficiency in Google Workspace SAP digital tools AI
Language Skills: English (negotiation level) French & German would be a plus
