Evoenergy is seeking a Team Lead Operational Learning Services to develop and deliver the capability frameworks and learning programs we need to support the safety skills and engagement of our workforce. Youll oversee the delivery of key programs including the Electrical Workers Competency Framework (EWCF) Core and Mandatory (training) Framework and Verification of Competency (VOC) ensuring the business maintains the capability it needs now and into the future.
Working closely with leaders across Evoenergy youll ensure training programs reflect operational needs and industry standards. Youll lead a team that supports apprentices trainees and technical staff and manage relationships with external training providers and RTOs. This role combines strategic oversight operational coordination and team leadership to ensure learning services are effective future-focused and aligned with business priorities.
