Your role as a Juvenile Forensic Services Manager
As the Juvenile Forensic Services Manager at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of youth in the juvenile justice system. Your responsibilities will include researching planning implementing supervising and evaluating our juvenile justice clinical programs ensuring alignment with the agencys clinical fiscal goals and grant requirements. Youll provide clinical oversight and consultation to Clinical Coordinators and staff while also delivering direct clinical services to individuals facing mental health and substance-related challenges.
Your leadership will help develop program budgets monitor productivity and assess outcomes to ensure programs meet regulatory and accreditation standards. By implementing marketing strategies and customer relations efforts youll promote high utilization of clinical programs and identify new business opportunities. Your comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic and treatment techniques along with excellent organizational and communication skills will be key to establishing effective working relationships and ensuring seamless integration of clinical services across all teams.
