Salary Range: $110000 $150000 annually (DOE)
Total Compensation Package: $150000 $185000 (including full benefits performance incentives and retirement contributions)

What Youll Do (Day-to-Day Impact)
Project Leadership & Management
Lead projects from budgeting proposals design through completion
Ensure teams meet quality schedule contractual and budget goals
Mentor staff and foster a high-performing collaborative team environment
Participate in project staffing monitor labor and billable time and oversee resource allocation
Client & Business Development
Maintain and grow client relationships; identify new business opportunities
Support proposals negotiate contracts and monitor project revenue
Collaborate with other offices to leverage business opportunities
Provide client referrals and maintain strong professional networks
Contract & Budget Oversight
Review and approve project agreements budgets and fee structures
Monitor project expenses labor and profitability
Ensure timely invoicing collections and financial tracking
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure technical and design standards are met across all projects
Maintain awareness of codes ordinances and licensing requirements
Review team deliverables correspondence and project documentation
Sign and stamp drawings where applicable
Office & Team Leadership
Contribute to office management and strategic decisions
Provide mentoring feedback and professional development to project teams
Support a culture of ethics safety and professional standards
Participate in office functions and cross-office collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Licensed Architect (state of practice)
10 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
Proven experience managing large projects budgets and teams
Strong contract negotiation client management and business development skills
Exceptional leadership organizational and communication abilities
Preferred:
Experience mentoring teams and fostering professional growth
Technical proficiency across all project phases from schematic design through construction closeout
Experience with multiple project types including commercial institutional and multi-family
