Job Summary
- Manage and oversee the accounts payable team to ensure efficient accurate and timely.
- processing of invoices and payments.
- Ensure all invoices are properly approved coded and processed within the set timeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and manage vendor inquiries and disputes.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
- Continuously review and improve the accounts payable process to increase efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable management.
- Experience in Odoo is preferable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
