Job Summary

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SCQM (f/m) to join our Department internally called PICM-Procurement Industrial Cabin and Monuments. This position is a permanent one ( CDI ) and based in Toulouse area France

We will lead delivering 1000 aircrafts annually with confidence through a synchronized global supplier network a forward-looking risk management and partnerships built on trust and excellence.

Our PICM3 team covers the following supplier areas: Galleys and GAINs.

Bars Hybrids & Catering: GAINs NELIs IGTC air chillers ground cooling units bar units social areas front row monuments

Galley & Stowages: galleys incl. waste disposal units integral monuments stowages


Your working environment:

Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Your challenges:

  • Monitor complex projects and solve complex problems

  • Prioritise task to achieve a roadmap

  • Negociate with stakeholders

  • Organise routines to secure delivery and quality performance

  • Risk anticipation and proactive monitoring

In addition Within teams of this department We Act as interface with suppliers for operational activities:

- Measure supplier performance versus supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On time on Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.

- Support supplier quality Approval ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Support new product introduction ToW changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.

- Support the Supplier capacity capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.

- Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.

- Initiate supplier performance improvement projects.

Your boarding pass/Your profile:

  • Knowledge and experience of M2135 supplier control process: (Conformance&approval) Capacity&capability performance monitoring Supplier development)

  • APQP & PPS-9S methods

  • Negotiation lvl English (Fluent)

  • Leadership and stakeholder management

  • Lean and AOS methods is a plus
