Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and high-quality administrative support to Air Moving sales team.
Be Responsible for weekly sales data summary sales staff performance summary sales staff weekly report collection;
Be Responsible for weekly project pipeline summary and follow-up weekly agent development related data collection and planning;
Coordinate sales team meetings and take meeting minutes and follow up the progress;
Assist sales leaders to prepare required PPT and documents;
Other tasks as assigned by Air Moving Director;
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or a similar field Business Administration or related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree)
5 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role; Experience supporting business leaders in a global organization is highly preferred
Workable written and verbal communication skills in bilingual of English and Chinese be able to effectively communicate with internal/external customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint and collaboration software such as MS Teams SharePoint and One Drive is essential.
