About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Performing installations of automotive equipment primarily car hoists
- Maintaining and caring for the service vehicle and equipment provided
- Providing after-sale service including maintenance and repairs for hoists
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing warranty and long-term support
- Serving as the primary point of contact with customers representing the company
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A trade background or experience in the automotive industry
- Problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Strong mechanical skills and a technical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and customer service ethics
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks (lifting 25kg)
You will also have:
- An unrestricted manual drivers licence (MR highly desired)
- Experience in hydraulics and electrical systems (highly desired)
