Senior Clinic Liaison- FT

How youll contribute

As aSeniorClinical Liaison you will play a vital role in facilitating the patient intake and admission process by performing on-site clinical evaluations to determine the appropriateness of patients for rehabilitation. Serving as the primary point of contact for referring facilities patients and families you will effectively communicate treatment options admission requirements and patient expectations. You will also gather key information related to patient benefits and resources while building and maintaining relationships with external case managers discharge planners and payors. This role requires clinical licensure strong assessment skills and the ability to navigate electronic medical records. A background in sales marketing or formal sales training is preferred for success of role.

Additional requirements include:

Bachelors degree preferred
Previous marketing/sales experience preferred
Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
Formal Sales Training preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
