QUALIFICATIONS YOULL NEED

Education: High School Diploma/GED minimum
Language: Bilingual Spanish speaking required
Experience: Development and execution of outreach strategies record-keeping and data organization
Professional Competencies: Strong written and oral communication organizational and interpersonal skills exceptional attention to detail
Working Style: Energetic can-do attitude adaptability and flexibility professional demeanor with top-notch customer service
Additional: Ability to work closely with community partners

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Recruitment Specialist youll expand program access by:

Overseeing recruitment events and needs for Head Start and Childcare programs
Implementing outreach strategies that build on agency strengths and community partnerships
Coordinating setting up and attending recruitment events agency-wide
Collaborating with enrollment family services and management staff
Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations
Developing and executing targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking families
Managing recruitment data and record-keeping systems
Representing Reach Dane professionally in the community
