Are you a Supervisor who thrives in the water infrastructure space
Were looking for a passionate Supervisor to join our high-performing team and support the delivery of innovative and sustainable water infrastructure projects across regional and metropolitan areas along the east coast of Australia.
If you are a hands-on working Supervisor with a water background we want to hear from you! In this role you will lead site operations across NSW. Based out of our Newcastle office you will play a key role in both supervising and actively participating in the delivery of complex and critical infrastructure projects.
Some more of what youll be doing:
- Supervise and participate in daily site works while maintaining a strong safety and quality culture.
- Lead toolbox talks pre-starts and support site inductions and daily coordination of subcontractors and labour teams.
- Monitor resource usage material deliveries and daily site reporting to ensure program and cost targets are met.
- Maintain site environmental safety and quality compliance and support ongoing improvements.
What youll bring:
- Trade background with strong experience in infrastructure delivery (preferably water/wastewater).
- 7 years of industry experience including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of WHS environmental controls and quality assurance procedures.
- Willingness to travel across New South Wales with a proactive solutions-focused approach to site leadership.
