About the Role

As a Concrete Estimator you will:

Analyze project requirements gathering essential data to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Utilize On-Screen Takeoff to conduct takeoffs and break down labor material and equipment costs.
Assess risks analyze market trends and forecast costs to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and submit detailed bids and reports for prospective projects.
Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals to secure the most competitive quotes.

Who Were Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership and clients.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience estimating structural concrete projects

Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software

Strong computer skills (Excel Word Outlook)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Excellent problem-solving negotiation and organizational skills

Associate degree or higher (preferred but not required)

Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting
