Our client a Leading Boutique Sales Agency based in South Dublin is seeking a Senior Residential Sales Negotiator to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to take ownership of the residential department grow a client base and step into a leadership role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

Residential Sales & Negotiation: Manage a portfolio of residential sales instructions across South Dublin and Dublin City Centre; conduct viewings negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion.
Client Service & Relationship Management: Deliver excellent customer service to buyers and vendors; maintain strong client relationships and uphold the agencys reputation for professionalism and results.
Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and expand the residential sales pipeline; build relationships across Dublin 18 Dublin 16 South County Dublin and parts of the City Centre.
Marketing & Local Engagement: Actively contribute to marketing campaigns networking activities and community engagement to strengthen brand presence.
Department Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to develop the residential division; mentor junior staff and support the building of a future residential team.
Strategic Growth: Provide market insights and contribute to long-term strategic planning to support the agencys expansion.
