Synergie Australia is seeking Dockhands to join a fast-moving and supportive team based in Larapinta.

The important parts:

• AM Operations: 4:30am / 5:30am starts finishing between 10:00am12:00pm (volume dependent)
• PM Operations: 1:30pm / 2:30pm starts finishing between 7:30pm8:30pm (volume dependent)
• Ongoing opportunities with consistent hours and training provided

What you will be required to do:

• In this hands-on role youll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment unloading freight and sorting parcels to support daily delivery operations.
• Unload parcels (1kg30kg) from containers onto conveyor belts (average parcel 7kg)
• Use extendable conveyors to assist with unloading and minimise manual strain
• Sort stack scan and wrap freight within the dock area
• Maintain consistent pace to meet daily KPIs
• Rotate through multiple warehouse positions once trained

To be successful in the role you will:

• Demonstrate reliability strong work ethic and physical fitness
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team
• Be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Be able to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and physical assessment
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to work on time
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
