Core Mission
Provide input and lead implementation of sales plan to achieve district sales target in accordance with company policies:
- Maximize listing and adoption of Epiduo in target hospitals within territory
- Enhance sales reps competency to ensure the implementation and target achievement and prepare for future expansion

Requirement
Education/Training:
- Bachelor degree and above
本科及以上学历
- Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred
医学/药学/生物学等相关专业尤佳
Work Experience:
- Preferably with about 5 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry. At least 2 years DSM position experience
5年左右医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验至少2年的地区经理工作经验
- Preferred experience of public hospital listing and market development OR sales in Dermatology
既往有公立医院准入和市场开发的经验或者具有皮肤科销售经验优先
- Preferred experience of biologics/high value product sales in public hospital
既往有特药或高值耗材销售经验优先
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
- Successful personal and team sales record
