You will make an impact by

  • Leading a passionate team of MCH nurses to deliver high-quality Universal MCH services .
  • Supporting families of all types through timely compassionate care and effective referrals.
  • Driving service excellence through evaluation innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to support holistic family care.
  • Championing child safety wellbeing and inclusive practices across all service delivery.

What you will bring

  • Current national registration as Division 1 nurse and Midwife and Maternal and Child Health Qualification
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in MCH or community health settings is desireable.
  • Deep understanding of child development family-centred practice and child safety frameworks.
  • Strong operational and clinical decision-making skills including rostering and workload management.
  • Ability to mentor support and inspire a team of dedicated professionals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check.
