Description
Join ChildServe as a Childcare Servies Supervisor to provide day-to-day supervision of Community Services including our Childcare and Autism Day Programs.
Schedule
40 hours per week Flexible hours between 7:30 AM and 6 PM.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Provide oversight of program capacity admissions waiting lists and scheduling to ensure services meet utilization occupancy and staffing ratio targets.
- Plan and oversee the Autism Day Program and Childcare programs including preparation training funding and communication with families and staff.
- Organize and lead group and individual activities designed to promote social emotional and intellectual development.
- Participate in recruiting hiring and training activities; provide staff coaching on interventions behavior management and positive behavior support techniques.
- Manage program funding billing accuracy and grant opportunities; monitor utilization of authorized services to achieve budgeted outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge of ChildServe and community resources demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills and provide direct care support as needed.
What Youll Need:
- Required: Bachelors Degree
- Required:Minimum of one year supervisory experience
- Preferred: One year experience working with children in a childcare setting or children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Demonstrate proficient organizational and time management skills with developed problem-solving skills and decision-making and ability to prioritize multiple demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others both verbally and in writing and foster effective relationships with co-workers children and families.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to proficiently learn new software programs.
- Must be able to pass a ChildServephysical examination prior to employment and thereafter as regulations require.
- Ability to communicate effectively through reading writing and speaking the English language

The starting pay rate for this position is $21/hour and increases with years of education and experience.
