Entry Level Solar and Energy Storage Installer
Position Overview
An Entry Level Installer will support the installation of solar and energy storage systems mainly at residential sites. Previous experience in solar and energy storage is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and assist in installing both solar and battery projects
- Clean and organize job sites and vehicles
- Competent with emails texting and phone apps for daily field reports and company communication
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Continuously want to learn and ask lots of questions
- Communicate effectively with peers and managers
- Basic math skills are needed
- Reliable and prompt
- Maintain a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle
- Help where needed
Requirements
- Handy with basic hand and power tools and construction
- Physically fit to carry solar panels and other heavy equipment
- Can acclimate to outdoor work environments with variable weather
- Climb ladders and are not afraid of heights
- Trenching and drilling may be required
- Strictly follow safety rules
- OSHA10 or 30
- Enrolled or Completed Electrical Trainee School
Other Information
Salary Range: $23.00 to $30.00/hour
Employees: 10-50
