We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our client onsite at a major law firm in Midtown Manhattan.
This is a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity for someone experienced in office services facilities support and reprographics.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume copy print and bindery equipment
Handle mailroom tasks: shipping receiving sorting and delivery
Maintain and troubleshoot copier equipment
Assist with scanning imaging and document prep
Support meeting room setups and light maintenance
Occasionally cover reception duties
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year experience in legal or office services preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Additional Information :
Duration:3 months with potential fulltime hire
