How youll make an impact
Are you detail-oriented highly organised and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of infection control In this multi-trained role youll be a vital part of a supportive team helping ensure every patient receives a safe comfortable and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
• Accurately monitoring and recording sterilisation processes
• Supporting infection control procedures across the clinic
• Preparing treatment rooms and assisting clinical staff during patient transitions
• Occasionally assisting chairside during dental procedures
• Assisting with stock management and maintaining clinic organisation
• Cross-training to support reception duties as needed including appointment bookings payment processing and general administrative support

Your work ensures each appointment runs smoothly from preparing treatment rooms and supporting dentists to helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. This role demands a sharp eye for detail excellent communication skills and a caring professional approach.

Hours:

• Monday: 7:30am 7:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am 5:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am 5:30pm
• Thursday: 7:30am 6:30pm

Qualifications :

Your Experience and Approach

• Experience in sterilisation dental assisting or clinical support (training provided if needed)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional patient-focused approach
• A positive flexible and proactive attitude with a willingness to be cross-trained in reception duties
