Synergie Australia is seeking a Fleet Procurement Specialist for a temporary role commencing ASAP through to March 2026 based in Cremorne.

The important parts:

Pay:$50-60 per hour Super Duration: ASAP until March 2026
Hours:MondayFriday 38 hrs per week
Potential for Hybrid:Onsite in Cremorne with the potential for one WFH day per week

What you will be required to do:

Youll support client service delivery within the Group Supply Chain function focusing on Fleet Operations. With an emphasis on the beginning of the asset lifecycle you will;

Conduct asset management activities across whole-of-life (with a focus on the beginning of the asset lifecycle)
Regulatory compliance duties
Source and acquire vehicles and assets for projects
Specify vehicle requirements and undertake detailed specs
Consciously move beyond administrative or operational tasks and focus on strategy and analysis

To be successful in the role you will:

5 years experience ina supplying role to projects focusing on providing assets
Ability to deal with project managers and senior stakeholders
Technical experience in the fleet category
Project oriented asset acquisition
High levels ofproficiency in undertaking detailed specs
Excellent problem solvingand organisational skills
