What youll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
- Maintain lease administration financial procedures and reporting standards.
- Manage rental collections outgoings and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
- Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
- Process invoices raise work orders and manage debtors efficiently.

Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- 12 years experience in a similar role within commercial retail or industrial property.
- Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
- Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency..
