Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh United States. The ideal candidate will oversee all warehouse operations ensuring smooth inventory management order fulfillment and team coordination.

Manage and optimize daily warehouse operations including receiving storage and shipping processes
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff providing training guidance and performance evaluations
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
Coordinate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Analyze warehouse metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Oversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
Manage relationships with vendors carriers and other external partners
Participate in budget planning and cost control measures for warehouse operations
Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory generate reports and optimize workflows

Qualifications :

High school diploma required; bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or related field preferred
Proven experience (3-5 years) in warehouse management or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory control systems
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations supply chain processes and industry best practices
Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Solid understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory management and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong work ethic and ability to motivate team members
