Were seeking an experienced Manager UX/UI Design to lead our eCommerce creative team in delivering exceptional digital experiences across our customer journey. Reporting to the Senior Director Digital Sales & Experience youll manage two direct reports - a UX/UI Designer and Copywriter/Content Strategist - and oversee the work of a talented team of agency creatives including strategists UX designers UI designers and copywriters. Youll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive results that balance business objectives with outstanding user experience.
What Youll Do
Lead and Develop Your Team Your leadership will focus on nurturing talent establishing creative standards and driving creative working sessions throughout the week with both your creative team and the broader eCommerce organization.
Drive Creative Excellence Youll establish and maintain standards for design and copy creative outputs ensuring both work together to deliver clear engaging on-brand experiences. This includes empowering your team to produce solutions that not only meet requirements but also anticipate needs and edge cases. Youll need to be comfortable ideating on the fly and coaching your team to craft solutions that achieve specific business outcomes.
Collaborate Across Functions Success in this role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with your peers:
- Partner with the Senior Sales Data Analyst to direct creative solutions that achieve specific sales objectives
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to evolve processes that balance creative needs with business timelines
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure design solutions exceed expectations and proactively address complex scenarios
Youll serve as both advocate and translatorchampioning your creative teams needs with leadership while ensuring your team understands and embraces business requirements.
Master the Product Ecosystem - Youll develop deep expertise across our digital product suite including our public website service purchase flow customer account management platform and mobile applications. This knowledge will inform your strategic direction and enable you to guide your team in creating cohesive user-centered experiences.
Navigate Complexity with Agility - This fast-paced environment demands someone who is deeply organized yet extremely flexible as priorities and projects can shift weekly. Youll need to be a self-starter whos independently organized and proactive in your daily approach.
