About the Role:
Were seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic architect and advisor behind our enterprise demand generation this role you will design and lead comprehensive full-funnel campaigns that connect personas messaging and channel strategy ensuring a unified and personalized experience across all enterprise demand touchpoints. Youll bring deep expertise in understanding complex enterprise buying committees multi-stakeholder decision cycles and long-path deal journeys. This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy and strategic influence partnering directly with stakeholders across marketing sales and go-to-market teams to build enterprise journeys and narratives that drive awareness engagement and pipeline.
710 years of experience in integrated marketing demand generation or campaign strategy in a B2B environment with experience operating at a senior IC level.
Proven expertise in enterprise demand generation full-funnel campaigns persona-based planning and customer journey design.
Track record of building enterprise-scale campaign frameworks that drive awareness engagement and pipeline growth.
Deep understanding of enterprise buyer psychology and how organizations evaluate and adopt complex technologies.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated success working cross-functionally across marketing sales and operations.
Proficiency in journey mapping and collaboration tools such as Figma Miro or similar.
Ability to translate complex insights into clear compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
Experience in cloud infrastructure SaaS or developer-focused products.
Familiarity with CRM and MAP tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketo HubSpot).
Experience with ABM and intent-based marketing strategies to inform journey and message design.
Exposure to enterprise sales processes and collaboration with Sales or Customer Success on long-cycle deals.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $135000 to $198000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
