Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an On-Call Banquet Bartenderfor the beautiful Interlocken Resort & Spa!

Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa is seeking a Bartender to join our outstanding banquets team! This vital role will work closely with the Director of Banquets and Banquet Leaders to successfully execute all operations relating to the Banquets department resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will ensure that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department of the hotel are served on time and that all of Omnis professional standards are upheld.
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you have banquet / event serving experience in a hotel or similar environment we would love to speak with you about this role.
Salary range for this position (based on experience): $22.00/hour. Omni Interlocken Resort reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race. On-Call Associates may be eligible for select health benefits based on number of hours worked.

Responsibilities
- Perform all Banquet side work as designated by the Banquet Captain and/or Banquet Managers.
- Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
- Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties.
- Report to the Banquet Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of and banquet equipment.
- Assist in the upkeep and organization of all liquor liability laws.
- Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
- Must attend all designated pre-meal meetings.
- Must follow all details as described on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Must be able to set tables to specifications carry trays and have excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of a full-shift.
- Must have TIPS certification prior to hire.
- Previous serving experience in a four-star/four-diamond hotel or resort preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
