Job Summary
Were looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team and help support our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented dependable and looking for flexible part-time hours.
Schedule & Hours
- 25-30 hours per week
- Typical schedule: M-F Flexible Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Process billing and ensure accuracy of invoices
- Handle deposits and apply payments to customer accounts
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on collections
- Assist with transaction processing and account reconciliation
- Support the finance team with additional AR-related tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with transaction processing and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
