Job Summary

As the leader of our Product Pricing and Strategy youll own strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on the development and commercialization of our SAAS products. You will collaborate closely with our product management engineering and go-to-market teams to help solve our most complex and ambiguous business challenges. Youll take ownership roles across a range of business-critical efforts bringing creative data-driven and market-informed value from concept to execution. Specifically you will own product pricing from research to implementation and strategy research which could include M&A analysis business case development and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a wide range of initiatives across pricing and packing of our anchor products.
  • Work cross-functionally to align teams and initiatives within product go-to-market strategy and operations to maximize and accelerate our impact
  • Help drive commercial success through creative market insights strategic product planning and effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Conduct pricing analysis for existing products and develop pricing models for new products. Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability.
  • Gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear actionable recommendations that inform priorities and decision-making
  • Build own and scale new systems and processes for new product launches

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in product management pricing and strategy for a SAAS company
  • Experience building and managing a team both directly and cross-functionally
  • Curiosity and the desire to continue learning and evolving in our high-growth organization
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven customer-focused approach to developing product strategies and solving problems
  • Have experience with different pricing approaches and models and can lead complex analysis and modeling efforts with ease
  • Experience conducting product planning and building product roadmaps with OKR and KPI targets across multiple teams
  • Possess strong project management and organizational skills to lead complex initiatives
