Job Summary
As an Operator youll be responsible for driving a range of vehicles equipped with the latest onboard technology to ensure safe and timely collections across Timaru and surrounding areas. Youll complete accurate logbook entries and digital vehicle safety checks while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Operations may include Frontload skip and rear-load trucks so a good level of physical fitness is important. Youll also play an active role in supporting our strong safety culture and teamwork values.
Qualifications :
You are customer-focused reliable and adaptable. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and youre open to learning new skills and ongoing training.
- Class 4 New Zealand drivers licence (or experienced Class 2 driver ready to step up)
- Wheels Tracks and Rollers endorsement desirable
- Adaptable to varied tasks no two days are the same
- Strong focus on health and safety
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
