We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Culinary Artist to serve as a chef to one of our Company executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining menu innovation and personalized meal preparation. This is a prestigious role requiring discretion professionalism and a passion for culinary excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and present high-quality meals tailored to the chairmans preferences and dietary requirements.
- Design weekly and seasonal menus with a focus on nutrition variety and creativity.
- Source fresh high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene cleanliness and food safety.
- Cater for private events meetings and special occasions as required.
- Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless service and dining experiences.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu planning
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts from Kenya Utalii College (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in a high-end restaurant hotel or private residence.
- Proven expertise in a variety of cuisines (local and international).
- Strong knowledge of nutrition food allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Discreet trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
