We are looking for a creative and motivated Working Student in Video & Media Production (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team. You will support Workpaths brand marketing and education content across video audio and visual channels from editing videos and podcasts to creating animated assets and design materials. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on in a fast-growing technology company while taking ownership of exciting creative projects and exploring new ways to tell our story visually and with the use of AI.

What We Are Looking For

We dont expect you to be an expertwhat matters most is yourcuriosity motivation and willingness to learn. However youre a great fit if you have:

Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program (e.g. Media Marketing Communication Design or similar)
Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut or Motion)
Interest and first experience in animation podcasting (e.g. Riverside) and creative storytelling
Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Figma Adobe Illustrator or Canva) are a strong plus
First experiences withAI tools for media production (and/or distribution)
Energetic mindset ownership and a desire to learn and grow
Excellent English skills; German is a plus
