Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team in the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment litigation and counseling clients on matters such as wage and hour disputes discrimination wrongful termination and compliance with federal and state labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases and provide strategic counsel to clients across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of labor and employment cases including litigation arbitration and mediation.
• Advise clients on compliance with California and federal labor laws employee policies and workplace disputes.
• Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and briefs.
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to develop strategies for labor and employment issues.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
• 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong research writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client counseling abilities.
