Job Summary
Join our team at Dominos Pizza in Diamond United States as a Customer Service Representative! Were looking for friendly efficient and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 2255 E Division St location.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers taking orders and addressing inquiries
- Answer phone calls and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and easy smile
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable transportation to commute to the store location
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
