The Bar Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the hotels bar outlets including pool bars lounges and specialty bars. This role ensures high-quality service innovative beverage offerings financial performance and guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with health safety and licensing regulations. The Bar Manager drives team training motivates staff and contributes to creating memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management Beverage Management or related field.
- Minimum 35 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B preferably in bars or lounges.
- Strong knowledge of mixology wines spirits and beverage trends.
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing costs.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
