We are seeking a talented individual to join our People Function at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Cluj Napoca Romania or Warsaw Poland
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Talent Acquisition project manager is a global role within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Global Program Office function supporting 90 countries and 65% of the employee population. You will have the opportunity to engage and consult with senior members of the Global TA Center of Expertise supporting our multi-national operating companies and delivering professional services around the world.
Put your skills and experience into work while teaming up with our global TA partners and other colleagues to evaluate processes & procedures implement programs that will streamline and add efficiencies to our TA process around the world.
We will count on you to:
- Manage projects related to process improvement and governance enhancements;
- Coordinate project activities across multiple regions and time zones ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged;
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget;
- Track and manage issues risks and key decisions;
- Own and manage relationships with internal and external partners including monitoring and reporting on performance;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met including business leaders technical teams and external vendors;
- Drive change management deliverables
- Effectively communicate project updates changes and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Coordinate and facilitate group meetings and ad hoc project meetings as appropriate;
- Be deeply involved in diverse process improvement activities while examining the current state creating alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation;
What you need to have
- At least 5 years of relevant Project Management experience including the ability to work independently or with minimal support prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Ability to manage projects or phases of a project in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail;
- Strong collaboration skills working closely with cross-functional teams including business leaders technical teams and external vendors.
- .Ability to navigate and work across multiple geographies and time zones ensuring solutions strike a balance between global consistency and local requirements.
- Strong analytical skills capable of comprehending documenting assessing and improving complex business processes.
- English fluent business language level
- Flexibility and adaptability skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio
