Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the premium or international hospitality sector.
- Established networks across MICE corporate and high-end event markets.
- Deep understanding of Japans business culture with fluency in both Japanese and English (mandatory).
- A forward-thinking hands-on leadership approach capable of inspiring teams and influencing executive-level decisions.
