Job Summary
- Lead and develop the IT Team of 2-3 employees
- Drive IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee IT projects in ERP Systems (SAP) security rollouts and integration of external tools
- Control IT budgets Supplier management and service providers
- Act as key contact for executives and other departments
- Create a people-centric supportive team environment based on trust and respect.
- Manage a distributed team in HU & FR
Qualifications :
- Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- Proven leadership experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems (preferred SAP R3)
- Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures cloud services and IT security
- Excellent communication coaching and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Empathy and servant leadership
- Effective stakeholder management
- Project leadership
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
