Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to support one of our payments clients in London. This assignment is to start as soon as possible and will likely run for at least 3 months.
The assignment will cover a full range of matters including advisory matters disciplinary matters grievances corporate support transactional restructuring and litigation management.
The client are open to considering part time as well as fully remote.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with significant employment experience.
- Previous experience in financial services is beneficial.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
