The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead Omios efforts to drive cross BU strategic partnerships with large players in travel and other industries bringing the best of Omio in material deals.
You will own the full lifecycle of partnership development from identifying opportunities and structuring commercial terms to ensuring long-term mutual value through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic partnerships: In general Partnerships are done by many teams. However this role is reserved for the needle movers deals that drive over 10% of Group Revenue from single deals. Identify seek and execute large partnerships across Business Units and bring them to life. Work with teams across the company post deal to ensure the value is materialised
- Develop new relationships: Identify approach and negotiate with high-value transport providers to bring new inventory to Omios platform.
- Own commercial negotiations: Drive deal structuring commercial terms and partnership models that balance partner success and Omios growth goals.
- Strengthen strategic alliances: Manage senior relationships with industry players ensuring alignment on growth performance and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Operations and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding technical integration and go-to-market execution.
- Market intelligence: Track industry trends competitive dynamics and regulatory changes to inform Omios strategic direction.
- Performance optimisation: Set partnership KPIs monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for incremental growth and innovation.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in business development strategic partnerships ideally within travel mobility or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex multi-market partnerships with transport or logistics providers.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in high-value negotiations and contract management.
- Strategic thinker who can translate market insight into actionable growth opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at C-suite and operational levels.
- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with performance metrics P&L impact and ROI analysis.
- Collaborative entrepreneurial approach comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).
