What youll do:

  • Lead planning delivery and oversight of multiple data assurance engagements including data quality assessments governance frameworks and compliance testing
  • Manage and mentor a team of associates and senior associates fostering their technical skills and professional growth
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients understanding their strategic data challenges and advising on best practices to improve data processes and controls
  • Oversee complex data analytics and testing to identify risks data integrity issues and control gaps ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
  • Prepare and present clear actionable reports and insights to senior client stakeholders supporting strategic decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and contribute to PwCs thought leadership in data assurance

What were looking for:

  • A degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems Data Science or related fields with CA/CPA or relevant professional qualifications preferred
  • Proven experience (typically 4 years) in data assurance data analytics external audit or related fields with demonstrable leadership responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deliverables
  • Excellent communication influencing and client management skills capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to developing high-performing teams
