Were looking for a motivated Production Operative to support our manufacturing operations. Youll help ensure smooth production processes maintain safety standards and achieve performance targets.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for your own and others health and safety following SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) and company procedures.
Immediately report any unsafe acts or incidents to management.
Meet productivity and quality targets consistently.
Carry out daily warehouse and production activities efficiently.
About you
Minimum requirements:
Safety-first mindset.
Self-motivated positive and enthusiastic.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Team player with a quality-focused approach.
Flexible and open to multi-skilled working and constructive challenge.
Preferred experience:
Background in corrugated board manufacturing (ideal but not essential).
Previous experience in production or machine operation.
Basic maths skills for inventory tasks.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (desirable).
FLT licence for Reach Truck & Counterbalance (desirable).
