Job title: Supply Chain Analytics Manage
Job Responsibilities:
Manages the development and implementation of data strategies managing the design and construction of complex data structures to optimize data utilization.
Acts as a Supply Chain expert providing comprehensive support and disseminating knowledge through assistance or training sessions to support the development and enhancement of supply chain capabilities across the organization.
Manages the deployment of tactical financial and operational plans handling technical data delivery for projects coordinating the implementation of data solutions and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Provides guidance and insights on leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making collaborates with senior management to align supply chain strategies with organizational objectives.
Develops and organizes data analytics focused towards defined supply chain metrics leveraging statistical methods and data visualization techniques enhancing visibility and understanding of supply chain performance.
Leads the development of reporting and analytics solutions to address complex business requirements and support decision-making processes driving efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain operations.
Coordinates with IT experts to clarify requirements and approve solution designs for supply chain IT systems ensuring alignment with business needs and IT capabilities.
Addresses difficult to moderately complex issues or problems requiring the evaluation of identifiable factors following established processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develops process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
Guides and mentors the team actively contributing to employee selection performance management compensation management career development and overseeing operational processes.
Youre the right fit if:
5 years of experience with bachelors and above degree in areas such as Data Analysis Supply Chain Management Inventory Control Operations or equivalent.

职位要求
最低学历要求 工业工程数据科学商业分析信息系统运筹学或同等学科的学士/硕士学位
至少5年的经验或拥有硕士学位至少1年的经验涉及数据分析供应链管理库存控制运营或同等领域

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
