Junior Service Engineer – Medical Equipment

We are currently supporting our client a leading importer and distributor of medical equipment and consumables in their search for a Junior Service Engineer to join their team in Sofia.

Our client has been present on the Bulgarian market for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation as a trusted and professional partner to hospitals and healthcare institutions across the country. Their success is driven by a team of dedicated experts high professional standards and a commitment to long-term partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance repair and technical servicing of medical equipment;

• Support the installation and testing of new medical devices in hospitals and healthcare facilities;

• Participate in technical training and on-the-job learning during the initial 36 month onboarding period at the companys Sofia office;

• Provide technical support to clients ensuring proper operation and reliability of the equipment;

• Travel across Bulgaria to service client sites (all travel expenses covered);

• Collaborate closely with the service team and sales specialists to ensure customer satisfaction;

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed service activities.

Requirements:

• University degree in progress or recently completed (Technical Electrical Electronics or similar field);

• Valid drivers license (category B);

• Good command of English (spoken and written);

• Strong technical mindset and interest in medical technologies;

• Responsible organized and willing to learn;

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;

• Professional attitude reliability and good communication skills ( a good sense of humor will be considered as an advantage :)
  
  Note: Previous experience with medical equipment is not required full product and technical training will be provided.
