Job Summary
Location: Home-based in Hungary Croatia Serbia North Macedonia Slovenia Bulgaria Romania
Main tasks:
- Identify and lead innovation projects from early ideation to implementation to serve sub-regional 80s customers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing sales design and divisional innovation team to shape value-adding packaging solutions.
- Provides excellent collaboration for end-to-end solution development process from insights to full implementation including creation validation and commercialization.
- Contribute to the divisional innovation pipeline by feeding strong sub-regional concepts.
- Support divisional Innovation team in execution on innovation for CBU accounts an roll out of strategic innovations
- Actively participate in the DfI network across the sub-regions led by the divisional Head of Design Innovation Excellence
- Initiate and coordinate other regional programmes targeting improvements in customer collaboration creative co-creation sessions product innovation and other community building activities.
- Lead by example on the Company Values and Management Standards
Key skills needed:
- Degree Qualified or professional experience in a design/innovation related area
- Continuous learning e.g. further business or design-related qualification would be an advantage
- A person with high levels of resilience a holistic and positive attitude that embodies the desire to manage develop and work in an ambitious organization. Clear understanding of the design functions role and workflows. with experienced in a Design related role
- Creative innovative and long-term visioning
- Expert technical knowledge of our materials products manufacturing processes.
- Experienced in managing and deploying insight-based value focussed innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Values co-operation and enjoys working in teams with other talented people but is also capable of working independently.
- Networker with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills
- MS Office skills advanced
- Fluent in English any other European languages are a plus.
