We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Enterprise Manager to lead and grow the schools non-fee income activities. This key role will help generate funds to support bursaries and enhance our facilities directly contributing to the continued success and development of the school.
The Enterprise Manager will be responsible for identifying developing and managing commercial opportunities including the hire and lettings of school facilities ensuring they align with the schools ethos and community values. Working closely with academic and operational teams as well as external clients and partners the post-holder will balance commercial success with the needs of the school and its local community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic individual with strong business acumen excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for creating positive impact within an educational environment. There is an opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus of up to 15% of salary based on meeting financial and operational criteria.
